Individual therapy sessions are 60 minutes in length; the fee is $150.

For all uninsured and/or self-pay clients, a Good Faith Estimate of costs will be provided prior to our first scheduled session, and you may request a copy of one at any time in paper or electronic format.

Insurance

I am currently in-network with:

  • Rocky Mountain Health Plans (commercial plans only)
  • UMR
  • United Health Care
  • Simplified Benefits (formerly UC Health)

If you decide to use your insurance, you will be responsible for paying your portion, whether that is a copay or an amount that goes towards your deductible.  I will do my best to support you in understanding and utilizing your insurance benefits, however, it is ultimately your responsibility to find out what services are covered under your plan.  I will bill your insurance if in-network, or can provide a superbill for you if I am out-of-network.

  • Please note that if you need to cancel or reschedule a session, 24-hours notice is required, or it will be billed at your regular rate, and this cannot be billed to insurance.
  • I am NOT in-network with Medicaid or Medicare. If you have Medicare, you may pay out of pocket, you will need to sign a private contract with me, and you may not be reimbursed by Medicare for the cost of my services as an out-of-network provider.
