I base our work together on you – what you see happening in your life, what you want to be different, your experiences, strengths and growing edges, your goals and your bigger life plans.  And then together we sort out how to best support you in making small (or large) shifts to help you get there.

I work with individuals, ages 12 and up, and help them to:

  • Manage Anxiety and Depression
  • Strengthen Self Esteem and Self Care
  • Build Skills for Creating & Maintaining Healthy Relationships
  • Heal and Grow through Relational Transitions and Endings
  • Increase Understanding, Awareness, and Meaning in their Lives
  • Successfully Navigate Life Transitions
  • Manage pain, and live well with Chronic Pain and Chronic Illness
  • Heal through Grief and Loss
  • Change Habitual Patterns, Thoughts, and Behaviors (such as eating disorders)
  • Build Concrete, Tangible Skills for handling Life’s Stresses
  • Experience Resolution and Healing around Distressful and Traumatic Experiences (including complex PTSD)
  • Heal from Sexual, Physical, and/or Emotional Abuse experienced in childhood/adulthood
  • Heal from Physical and Sexual Assault
  • Live more freely, openly, and fully in the present moment
